Plan a Fundraiser

OPTION 1: YOU SELL, PROMOTE, & DELIVER – PRE-SALE*
  • You pay wholesale prices for ornaments unique to your fundraiser.
  • You collect and process payments and any applicable sales tax, for all pre-sale orders and set your own retail price (typically $18-24 ea).
  • You handle all order deliveries, which might include sending orders home with students or front office pickup.
  • We provide two free samples of your design for your promotional use.
  • We provide an electronic file of a print-ready flyer promoting your sale.
  • We provide a digital marketing file for social media use.
  • Ornaments are delivered within five weeks of submitting your order.
  • You pay shipping costs or arrange for free pick-up in Birmingham, Alabama.                                   
OPTION 2: YOU SELL, PROMOTE & DELIVER – BULK ORDER*
  • You pay wholesale prices for ornaments unique to your fundraiser.
  • You place a bulk order (50+ pieces), which are delivered within five (5) weeks.
  • You process payments, and any applicable sales tax, for all sales and set your own retail price (typically $18-24 ea).
  • We provide two free samples of your design for your promotional use.
  • We provide an electronic file of a print-ready flyer promoting your sale.
  • We provide a digital marketing file for social media use.
  • You pay shipping costs or arrange for free pick-up in Birmingham, Alabama.
OPTION 3: YOU PROMOTE, WE SELL & DELIVER
  • We pre-sell your ornaments for $22.00 each, with free shipping, through our website for a set period of time.
  • We process payments, including applicable sales tax, for all sales.
  • We manage all shipping via USPS.

*Proof of sales tax exemption required.
